Uhealth provides digital health tools including patient navigation, preventive health education, telemedicine facilitation, symptom guidance, and care coordination support. Availability of specific features may vary by location and launch phase.
Not emergency care
Uhealth does not replace emergency medical services or licensed clinical diagnosis.In a medical emergency, contact your nearest hospital or emergency services immediately. Do not rely on AI symptom checkers or platform content as a substitute for in-person clinical evaluation.
User responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when registering or using our services
- Use the platform lawfully and respectfully
- Follow guidance from licensed healthcare professionals involved in your care
- Keep your account credentials confidential where applicable
Intellectual property
All content, branding, software, and materials on Uhealth platforms are owned by or licensed to Uhealth Africa unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uhealth is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our platforms are provided on an "as available" basis during early access and launch phases.
