What you consent to

• Collection of information you provide (contact details, preferences, voluntary health information)
• Storage of your data in secure systems with appropriate safeguards
• Communication from Uhealth about our launch, services, and health programs you opt into
• Ethical use of your information to improve navigation, prevention, and care coordination
• Sharing with trusted healthcare partners only when necessary for referrals or care you request

What we will not do

• Sell your personal or health data to third parties
• Share your information without consent, except as required by law
• Send marketing communications unrelated to Uhealth without your opt-in
• Use your data for purposes incompatible with our mission of equitable healthcare access

Health data sensitivity

Health information is treated with heightened care. Access is limited to authorized personnel and systems. We apply consent-based communication and follow applicable data protection principles relevant to Nigeria and our operating jurisdictions.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw consent or request deletion of your data at any time by emailing uhealthafrica@gmail.com. Withdrawal may limit your ability to use certain services that require data processing.
